These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PSP 2005 website at https://psp2005.org.uk and your participation in any PSP 2005 programmes, events, and activities. By accessing our website or registering with the club, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Organisation
PSP 2005 is a community football organisation based in the United Kingdom, affiliated with the Football Association (FA). We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and development-focused environment for all participants.
2. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general information purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission. All text, images, and materials are the intellectual property of PSP 2005 unless otherwise stated.
3. Club Membership and Registration
- Players must be registered with the club and their relevant County FA before participating in any competitive fixtures
- Registration fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the season has commenced
- Players must provide accurate personal and medical information upon registration
- All players must abide by The FA's Respect Code of Conduct at all times
4. Code of Conduct
All players, parents, coaches, and volunteers associated with PSP 2005 are expected to:
- Treat all participants, officials, and opponents with respect
- Refrain from any form of discrimination, bullying, or harassment
- Accept the decisions of match officials without dispute
- Conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the club
Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or permanent exclusion from club activities.
5. Safeguarding
PSP 2005 takes the welfare of young people extremely seriously. All activities involving players under 18 are conducted in accordance with The FA's Safeguarding Children Policy. Any safeguarding concerns should be reported immediately to our Club Welfare Officer at [email protected].
6. Health and Safety
Participants take part in football activities at their own risk. PSP 2005 carries appropriate public liability insurance. We conduct regular risk assessments of training venues and match facilities. All coaches hold valid First Aid qualifications. Players must not participate if unwell or carrying an injury without medical clearance.
7. Photography and Media
PSP 2005 may photograph or film sessions, matches, and events for use in club communications and social media. Consent is obtained separately. If you wish to withdraw consent, contact [email protected].
8. Limitation of Liability
PSP 2005 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in club activities beyond what is covered by our public liability insurance, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered members by email. Continued participation in club activities constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
