PSP 2005 Summer Academy 2026: Registration Now Open

Four weeks of elite coaching, position-specific training, and real match experience this summer.

Young players training at PSP 2005 summer academy

PSP 2005 is delighted to announce that registration for the 2026 Summer Football Academy is now open. Running across four weeks throughout July and August, the programme offers players aged 7 to 16 the opportunity to train under our UEFA-certified coaching staff in a structured, fun, and development-focused environment.

Programme Structure

The summer academy operates in two-week blocks, allowing families flexibility when booking. Each day runs from 9am to 4pm and includes technical drills, position-specific workshops, small-sided games, and full 11-a-side matches. Players are grouped by age and ability to ensure appropriate challenge and maximum development.

  • Week 1–2: Foundation Skills — passing, receiving, and movement (U7–U11)
  • Week 1–2: Advanced Tactical — pressing, transitions, and set pieces (U12–U16)
  • Week 3–4: Competitive — inter-academy games and a closing tournament for all age groups
  • Daily 1-to-1 coach feedback sessions
  • End-of-programme performance report for every participant

Coaching Staff

All sessions are led by PSP 2005's FA-qualified coaching team. Head of Youth Development Dan Osei (UEFA B Licence) will oversee the programme, supported by a team of six specialist coaches covering goalkeeping, attacking play, and defensive organisation.

Fees and Bursaries

The full four-week programme costs £320 per player, with two-week bookings available at £175. A limited number of bursary places are available for players from lower-income households — contact the club directly for information on how to apply.

The summer academy is the perfect opportunity for any young player who wants to raise their game. We have seen players go on to represent County and Regional teams after taking part. — Dan Osei, Head of Youth Development
